Panini Cooking

Although Italy is in another country and we may not be able to go there just to eat their famous mouth-watering panini, we can still enjoy them by making them ourselves. Panini cooking will just require you to have a panini press or if you don?t have one then you can just use an ordinary burner, skillet, and an object hard enough to press those sandwiches to cook them properly. You can use a spatula and press the panini yourself for 10 seconds or you can try using a brick to press the sandwich even harder. There are different ways to make different types of panini, just like there are different ways of cooking them. The reason panini are becoming so famous in the Canada and the US is because of its unique blend of taste. It is most likely because all the ingredients are unifying while in the process of grilling and thus creating a sandwich that is far different from the ordinary ones. Not to mention that the bread itself has a crisp taste because of the process of grilling. So the grilling itself, whether in a press or a grilling pan, is the main component of great panini. When cooking panini, most Italians just use the common ingredients of mozzarella, fresh basil, roasted peppers, tomatoes and prosciutto.Ò  They put all the ingredients between two slices of Italian bread. The bread is then brushed, on each side with olive oil before grilling. Cooking usually takes between 3 to 5 minutes or until the bread is crisp enough and the cheese is well melted.Ò  Then they finally take it out of the grill, cut it in half and eat it. The process of making panini is so easy that preparation may take you 3 minutes and grilling 3 to 5 minutes. This is an easy way to make a great quick meal or hors d?oeuvres and once you taste delicious panini, you?ll want them all the time.

Agedashi Tofu Recipe
Gourmet Inspired Tip: For best results, you want soft silken tofu, but it can be a little difficult to manage. Do what you can to leech the water out of the pieces before cooking. As I was short on oil, I used about 1/2 cup of peanut oil in a small pan and shallow fried the pieces on both sides.

Coffee Bean Species and Varieties
The coffee beans we grind and use to brew coffee come from the Coffea evergreen bush, grown in over 50 countries around the globe. Each year, the Coffee bush flowers and develops a cherry-like fruit, inside which are typically two small seeds or coffee beans. There are 10 different species of Coffea bush, the first of which was discovered in Ethiopia some thousands of years ago. Once man discovered the coffee bean, its cultivation and use spread to the Middle East, Europe, Asia and beyond. Today, much of the coffee we drink is made from beans that were grown in Latin America, Western Africa, Indonesia and the Philippines, and continental southeastern Asia. Two species of coffee bean -- Coffea Arabica and Canephora -- constitute more than 90 percent of the coffee beans sold on the international market. Depending on the region, species of coffee, roasting, and preparation, coffee beans can infuse a cup of coffee with a variety of flavors and textures.
