Delicious Mandarin Beef Recipe

Preparation time: 25 minutes + 15 minutes marinating Total cooking lime: 5 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients for the mandarin beef recipe: 350 g (11 oz.) boned rib eye steak, finely sliced 2 teaspoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons dry sherry 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger 1 teaspoon sesame oil oil, for cooking 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper 2 teaspoons finely chopped dried mandarin or tangerine rind 2 teaspoons soy sauce, extra 1 1/2 teaspoons caster sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons cornflour 4 tablespoons beef stock Directions for the mandarin beef recipe: 1. If you ever are thinking to try the mandarin beef recipe, start by following these guidelines. Place the meat in a bowl. Mix the soy, shorn, ginger and sesame oil together, add to the meat and toss well. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. 2.
